I’d like to see a video on DEFENSE of the lob. I’m still a relatively new player (18 months) and play with one partner recreationally who fears getting lobbed so hangs back at the baseline. I think this strategy is not correct.

How to defend or return a lob?
I’d love to see a video on how to hit the offensive lob to push opponent off the net during a dink rally. I see some people hit it with topspin, not the same as a lob from the baseline, but I don’t know how to hit the topspin lob from the non-volley line.
