Mine learn how to play singles. Doubles it’s hard to find a dedicated womens partner….:-(
Mine is to learn how to play singles. I love doubles but I am so dedicated that it is hard finding a
loyal partner, that is serious and welling to practice. I have fun but I have a goal in mind, also.
That’s why I want to learn to play singles now, then I don’t have to worry too much on any one else.
I almost quiet playing, glad I didn’t.
I’d need help to develop topspin, both backhand and forehand.
Could someone give an honest opinion on the differences and advantages of the various types
of paddles- wood, graphite, aluminum, graphite aluminum, composite, etc,
There seems to be alot of hype and confusion about paddle composition.

NEW YEARS RESOLUTON: I HAVE BONE ON BONE KNEES AND HAVE TO WEAR MASSIVE BRACES IN ORDER TO PLAY, BUT RESOLVE TO PLAY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I ALSO TEACH THE GAME AND I RESOLVE THIS YEAR TO TRY TO GET MORE PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THIS GREAT GAME. WANT TO TRY TO START A JR. PROGRAM IN THE SCHOOLS IF POSSIBLE. WE ONLY HAVE 2 COURTS TO PLAY ON AND I AM ALSO TRYING TO GET MORE COURTS. PICKLEBALL IS GROWING IN OUR TOWN AND WE NEED MORE COURTS. I ALSO RESOLVE TO TRY TO IMPROVE MY PLAYING AND TEACHING SKILLS, PROMOTE, PROMOTE, PROMOTE.
